recovering account help

im trying to recover a old account. im pretty sure i have all the information about the account correct except im in the UK right now and i created the account in USA. when i submit a recovery appeal i get denied and i dont really get a reason. i mean ive recovered accounts before i know what it looks like when recoveries are wrong or if my creation details are wrong it usually tells me. i just dont understand what more information they want from me when i get this.....

That's not helpful at all.

OT: When you get no reason for the appeal being denied it means all your information is right, but the person/bot has reservations on whether or not it's actually yours. Keep trying and you'll eventually get it. Alternatively if you have a P-Mod friend ask them to post on the P-Mod forums saying they have a friend who owns an account that he's forgotten the pass to but gets denied on the appeal without reasons why and that he moved to England in (date).

yes i have 2 transaction details. from 2005. dont have any other since they were in my old email and i didnt log onto it and it all got deleted. and i have no p-mod friend. ill try using my account to post on the forum emergencies to see what they say.

 

OK, be sure to add in the subscription details in the appeal ~ If it doesn't accept then it'd be wise to try and contact Jagex in another way.

 

yeah i put the date and the id of each membership. i know the recovery answers that are set. i posted on forum emergencies so hopefully they will get back to me.

 

If you post on the forums they just lock your account...
Thats what they did to me and a few others..
