    Hey, my custom rank request has been approved weeks ago. it's still not there though.

    I requested it again, got approved, again weeks pass and it's still not there...

    Tried pming Matthew days ago, didnt respond yet.

    Go to your user center, then my perks, then rank manager. And you should be able to drag your custom rank there.
