discman111 Bait Switch Scam Attempt

I decided to contact him in Skype and see if he's found a 07 acc generator program yet, and If i could purchase it from him. The first lie I catch him in is him stating he doesn't have one but than states he does: http://i.imgur.com/dH4UUwv.png

The deal was that I'd get the program if I can prove that my VPN won't get accounts locked after I hand complete Tutorial island for them, and to supply my VPN and some sort of cash offer. He gave me 2 accounts (allegedly created from the generator he owns) to test and they passed with flying colors and he seemed happy. I then asked for the program and he states he just wants to supply accounts to me and is not selling the program anymore. He then makes up this BS about now not wanting to give the generator up for any price, and is trying to get me to just buy pre-made accounts from him.

He sends me a screen shot of the program: http://i.imgur.com/n8cdBBy.png as proof he owns it, but is a cropped screencap. I request for him to retake it in-front of our Skype chat to verify he owns it, but he refuses over 10 times, and is now being very shady.

So I have no other choice but to at least make a report for him attempting to scam with a fake item/offer.

Iv'e requested @discman111 to take a recording of the program he offered to me and show it to me or a mod to verify he didn't offer me something fake.

This guy omg harassed me on Skype so much I change my mind about dealing with him. The minute I changed my mind about coming to an agreement he switches and threatens me over and over with reporting me unless I send yet more screenshots of my program. I refused and told him repeatedly to cease messaging me. Happy to show a mod my program if required but this guy no way.

 

I requested a recording as proof, and would like it to be compared to the first screenshot you sent. You are the one constantly bantering at me. I don't care to see the video or anything further of what you offered to me. I simply want a mod to compare, by video recording, to the first screen shot of the program you provided in skype.

If you cannot prove to a mod that you own this program to mass create 07 accounts, which was what was offered to me, I, and speaking for the mods I suppose, can't believe you own this program and that you tried to scam me.

He lead me believe I could receive the program, but since the program doesn't work, he just wants to supply me accounts for the accounts I unlock for him as his new accounts get insta locked (he is IP banned probably, and needs other peoples IPs to unlock his accounts for him, part of his scam) He has no intention of ever exchanging the program because it doesn't work, and won't show proof because he is actually try to create them on the OSRS website by hand, and lie to me if I accepted an acc for acc offer = bait switch.

Total absolute proof he is attempting to scam and anxiously insisting on wanting to exchange the program he can't show works for a certain number of unlocked accounts: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

He would have to show video of the program anyways to verify it works once decided on how many accounts I would supply, as I would will not be fooled into thinking he's creating them directly on Old School RuneScape - Play Old School RS

He then tries to bait switch by giving generated accounts instead of the actual program because he simply can't supply a non-working program.
Why would I even accept accounts from him, if he supplied them instead of the actual program creating them?

He was 100% willing to supply accounts from the generator for me to unlock them and to give my VPN, so that warrants me being able to verify that the generator is where the tested accs are coming from originally, as him supplying me accounts instead of the actual program was a REAL offer by him, and at the very least the offer of me testing them (just from this I am allowed to make sure the ones I tested came from the program)

I am 100% allowed to know the supplied accounts he had me test came from his generator he stated as working perfectly, as the only reason I unlocked his two accounts was because I believed his generator was working as part of the already made agreement. He will not show video proove the two accounts being created I tested, or even to let me do another 2 more for him and take a video to proove they are from a working generator.

Because this was part of the deal, it is 100% my right to know the accounts supplied to test came from his so called "working" generator.

I will not be content with the outcome of this report until a mod verifies a full recording from discman111 that the generator is working and the accounts supplied to me came from it. He deserves to be DNT/TWC'd for now at the very least.

 

read it properly i said we MAY have a deal u then harrassed me so much with constant questions and requests for screenshots i decided dealing with you was guna be a huge hassle and told you there would be no deal from that point onward you have become a nightmare. From what i can tell you really wanna see more screenshots and for life of me cant tell why? You also failed to mention i created the accounts with passwords you specified to prove i had the program in hand?

 

You don't have a working generator like you said and really, idgaf if you don't get banned. I just would like the community to know your a bullshitter.

Oh I totally refute whatever it is you claim I've done. You asked me for a program I thought about dealing with you changed my mind and you have turned nasty go and play with one of your other scam reports you do enough of them. If a mod wants to see my program happy to show them. So far not one has asked to see it moontrucks has been sent a screenshot of the program and cmd.

 

I am requesting you send a video to Mootrucks, to proove beyond a doubt, that the generator (if you even have one) is actually working correctly and is what is actually produced the accounts you gave to me, where you stated they originated from.

 

Yeah I am sorry @Protector you have gotten out of control with this. This report is full of false accusations. You two never reached an agreement in exchange for the program.

If anything, discman would need to pay you the cost of doing the tutorial island twice which costs like 50k. I am not going to make him pay you 50k, that is just ridiculous.

Also, I believe that the cropped picture of the program is more than enough proof. You're asking for too much here, might as well ask for the code already.
