Disallow the making of new threads in the Verified Guides section

    Anyone can post a new thread in that section and claim it's verified. Make it so they can't?

    But when you go in the thread, where's the post saying it's "Verified"? ;) They can get infracted/banned from the guide sales section if they do that though. Nevertheless, I support.
