ruby scammed me 250m for his skiller help!

Explanation of the trade: i added him on skype a few days ago looking to purchase his skiller and my offer at the time was not good enough and so i sold a few things and made enough gp to buy the account i had 250m rs3 gp and he asked me how much i had at the time yesterday so i told him and he said current offer is 360m and he told me then that they are almost buying it within a hour or so and then he came back and told me they ended up bailing on him and so he told me he can take 250m for the account to start then 100m within 48 hours so i agreed to it as i knew i would be able to get the 100m and we started the trade and system update for runescape happened which stalled the trade a bit as he could not log in and he finnaly did and i handed over the 250m then he told me after giving me part of the information not even all to be able to log in he said he needs to take name of the account and he traded me the 250m back while he xfered the name i waited from 3amto around 530am or so to finnaly finish the trade as he took an extreme amount of time to do this and then he got his 250m for the second time now saying he is ready to trade i gave it to him he left me with an email supposed to be the creation email of the account and its password so i can have the account so i log in that email and there is no sign of the account and i tried to hit log in forgot password to make sure the account was actually on that email he gave me and it was not and i showed him a screenshot of it and from there on he has had no response to me at all i have some random account to log into that i do not have email to and is not even close to the one i was attempting to purchase

Stopped responding with your gold so I've banned, but it's very strange he'd give you the gold back once and then scam you... hoping there's a dispute and this is resolved to benefit both parties. $100 donor as well.
