I have been hand drawing for years now and I just found out they made these lol to those who don't know it is a pad that connects to your computer so you can hand draw anything you want instead of using your mouse.

my only thing is other than what it is I don't know anything about them so if you guys could fill me in on a few things that would be great.

    A. what is the best brand\model for it's price [would prefer one that is around the size of a normal sheet of drawing paper.and I use a pc]

    B.are these hard to use\setup

    c. can you actually do quality work on these or are they crude.

    D. what can I expect to pay for one of these.

I really don't know where to start to look so hopefully someone on this site can help me out with this.

    There mainly called 'tablets'

A.Wacom's are one of the best, if not the best type you can get. a bamboo fun would be perfect and they range from 100-200$ and it's about the size of a piece of paper

    B. No not at all you install the software that comes with the tablet and plug it in. It may take a while to get used to but not too long if you try to use it a lot.

C.Yes you can do quality work with them. If you go look at some proffesional digital paintings you can see some examples of quality work made with some of the higher end models. (don't think getting a higher end model will make you any better if you cant use a normal.

    D. See A
