I love the quest Monkey Madness, and I'm doing it for free and a vouch.

Requirements:

Mains/Rune Pures/Tanks:
40 prayer (Any less than that will be a 100% no)
70 range (Rune c'bow and addy boltsx100 will do)
40 agility (Optional, just helps a lot)

1-20def Pures:
43 prayer (Any less = 100% no)
70 range (see above)
40 agility (see above)

For the mains/rune pures/tanks these are item requirements.

75 sharks/100 monks
10 super energy(4) (Fucking hell of a lot of running)
Explorer's Ring 3 (Prayer bonus + energy restore)
2 super antipoison(4)
8 prayer potion(4) (Tunnels + boss)
I'll tweak this, I need more variety in doing this quest to get it pinpoint.
I DO NOT NEED ACCESS TO A BANK PIN, I WILL LET YOU DO ALL THE BANKING.

For the pures:

100 sharks/150 monks
10 super energy(4)
Explorer's Ring 3
2 super antipoison(4)
8-10 prayer potion(4) (Mains usually have higher pray than pures, and higher pray bonuses)
