McLovin Appeal

I was banned for being a “ban” evader within 4 minutes of the thread being posted. Traveling for work so just got around to this. Here’s my reply:

1. ban/join dates line up. Illogical comment, joined days before he was banned.

2. geolocation. Coincidental.

3. interests. RuneScape? Isn’t that 90% if this websites usage. Beside that from what I can see he is interested in selling accounts. I made a gold buying/selling thread and I try to make money and was pursuing gold farming bots. Tutorial island generation, training to zulrah ready and then questing for zulrah readiness. These are not the same interests at all.

He also looks like he wanted to do petty cheap work for people. I have absolutely zero interest in doing that. That’s what I pay people for or bot.

4. activity. What does this even mean? We are active at the same time of day? This is logical if we have similar locations.

5. style. He also isn’t very coherent typing half of the time, all of my posts are much different style. This isn’t even remotely close to my writing. Many examples to be seen: SELLING RARE 2K INFERNAL CAPE 70 DEF PKER!

All I’m saying is maybe in the 4 minutes it took for you to investigate, ban, and lock the thread the investigation wasn’t robust. It just looks like a couple key phrases were listed off and were never investigated. You entered with the mindset everyone’s breaking the rules and needs to be banned.
