What mining for curses?

I know the exacty level is like 64 or 65, but what's the lowest level you can get and what item to use to boost the mining level up that's needed?

 

62 + mature stout I believe.

That has ALL of the skill requirements on it.

 

That's without skill boosters. I'm talking about mining at like level 60 and using an item to boost to the level that's needed (65).

 

Technically, you can boost it +6 with a spicy stew, although you'll almost never get that much of a boost. Mature stouts are the most feasible, with a +2 boost.
