Was an awesome stream to watch, and I'm greatful they gave a warning before going on their banning spree

 

400m 07 for charity... finally Jagex does something I can agree with. Let's hope they were all 100% bots.

 

I wouldn't call it a banning spree, they banned about 15-20 I think? Anyway, I'm glad the money goes to a charity. ^_^

 

idk, i saw a guy getting banned with totally random stufs, and he was killing green drags with dds by poking, seems like a noob imo

Anyways, I think they have a way of making sure it's a bot, by the way Mod Ronan was talking to his buddy it seemed like his buddy was making 100% sure they were bots, and not just picking randoms out of the crowd that could possibly be bots.

 

It's really strange to see just how much Jagex's stance on bots & bans changed from super strict/effective in 2005, to nonexistent during 2008-2012, then strict/effective again in 2013+.

Their old stance on these sorts of events was that it wasn't an effective way to ban bots. I suppose the new Jagex is looking for a bit more flair?

well if they decide to wipe all bans they will get a giga influx of paying players. The wrong type of players but still would be dope to have anyone of the million mains iv lost by now lols
