    Diet Help

So, after being really sick 6 months ago, I tried to put on weight that I lost by eating anything. Got a bit chubby now which isn't good. I do exercise on a regular basis but my diet is holding me back.

I guess I want to go on a Caloric Deficit?

I couldn't tell you what I eat every day because of the weird hours I work. Some day I may take in 3,500 calories, others 2,00 calories.

194cm tall, weighing 92 kilos (203lbs) if that helps. I know that is a healthy weight for someone my size but getting a fat belly.

I like a drink and do consume a fair amount of beer. I don't plan to stop drinking but what would be a healthy alternatives? Quite happy to switch to red wine or gin and tonics (slimline I guess?)

    Diet Help

Stop drinking beer is #1, at least for now.
track your calories, download myfitnesspal on your phone and record everything you eat.
Find out your maintenance calories and eat 500 calories less than it which should equate to a solid 1 pound fat loss per week. (You will lose more in the first couple weeks due to water weight)
Diets are strict and you're going to hate it in the beginning but if you're wishy washy with this type of thing, you wont get results.

Tip: Have cheat meals not cheat days.

Forgot to mention, doing a cleanse before the diet starts should help your body as well.
