    Didn't get my prize box
    Hello,

    I was a $50 donator the other day and donated $100 which put me to a total donation amount of $150.

    I read that every $50 after 100 you would receive a prize box but I didn't receive one that time.

    I have donated an additional $150 since and have received them without issue. It was just the first one I didn't receive. I have contacted @Matthew but had no response not sure how active he is, so I'm just wondering if anybody else could help me out here.

    if I recall correctly you need have already donated certain amount before this applied, I think it's 100

    Correct. You must be a $100 donor and then donate more. If you're a $50 donor and donate $100, you won't get any prizeboxes. You would have to donate $50 (to get to $100) and then donate the next $50 to get a prizebox.
