WHo could help me to reach atleast 1500 elo ?

Sup guys. Just wondering if someone could help me to reach atleast 1500 elo. I am stucked between 1000-1200 - cant go lower or higher.
My current elo is 1116.
I am not a bad player, noob or troll. I don't fail as much my team would lose the game cause of me. 80% of games I am the one who can carry out the game, but its kinda not enough.
I often got afkers and unskilled players in my team and for some reason my team got more of these players than my oppenents. Sometimes i got dudes with 5 wins and oppenent team have dudes with minimum 200 wins. Seems unfair huh ? But this is really happening and I am stuck. I forgot when i had normal and interesting game.

This sounds like a lost cause...Why do you think anyone would want to carry you 40 games to 1500 elo? as soon as you get there you would just drop back down again because you didnt get there yourself and so your not skilled. Everyone will be where there suppose to be sooner or later, you wont be in the 1200's for much longer if you feel your a 1500 player.
