Feeling like I am never going to get there.....

Had so many ambitions when I was a few years younger like I was going to conquer the world...
wanted to become a top contender in bodybuilding wanted to get big shredded, wanted a comfortable life style, was so motivated and on top of everything and now its just like nothing... i am scared I am never going to acomplsih the things I wanted too and get so overwhelmed and aniexty kicks in and I just freak out and feel like I am going to die without doing it all...

I am so lazy procrastinate to the fullest look for excuses and I just cant stick to it I really am starting to get so angry and let it out on my girlfriend at times for my stupid shit.

I hate myself because of this... keep in mind so much stress IRL like more then a 23 year old adult should ever deal with in his life...

what should I do guys ... didnt know where else to post something like this,.


Also have a muscle morphia disorder or whatever where I get soooo damn stressed about my body and so depressed about it feeling like its never good enough for me and pump more and more drugs into my body and fucking myself up... even tho every person in the gym looks at me compliments me so much and all my friends say im huge and i get looks everywhere but its like never enough.... cant come to terms with it.

Went from 150 to 240 in the past years of lifting 2011 november to now...

 

Honestly, if you feel like you can't become a top contender in bodybuilding then do something else. Make a fitness instagram/youtube. Get yourself out there and continue to work hard. If you're big and everyone compliments you etc then you should get looks with an instagram/youtube. You might even end up liking youtube instead. Take Rich piana for example.. He wanted to become a body builder and didn't make it. He ended up doing youtube and blew up! He became an inspiration to many including myself. You're only 23 man, relax and continue to grind.

Yeah thats also one of my goals to make a youtube and fitness insta along with a clothing line.

I just have insecurity I guess never happy with the body and just always a lazy procrastinating loser.

 

Nah you're not a loser man, don't think down on yourself. You can have breaks if you need em but you always gotta remember that only hard work and determination will get you where you need to be. Also if you're 240, I'm sure you're jacked as shit man.

Try not to set the bar so high. Set small goals, you'll feel better for achieving them until you eventually get jacked as fuck again.

But honestly, your stacked I don’t know what your worried about, would take some of the advice of others and re-focus your goals

I procrastinate so bad, always leaving things until the last minute. But I recently jumped head first into something and it feels good to be getting it done after I’ve held off for over a year
