Reporting Tyler for harrassment

Tyler is got out of hands and I believe he has a grudge and taken it to a personal problem

After my reply he infracts me.

Now I also report many posts that are spam. For example in the where did @ go thread I reported people for being offtopic and Tyler responds along the lines of "offtopic but wont get infracted will just delete" but both times I was offtopic and atleast I was attempting to be on topic I get infracted? He is biased. He is also not allowed to infract me for asking questions or pming him. Its literally his fucking job to serve me

May I add: I report posts and he always rejects them and tells me to go out of my way to do something about like report in RAS or do something when its a moderators job to deal with reported posts
