Best Attack level for turmoil zerker?

Best Attack level for turmoil zerker?

    Best Attack level for turmoil zerker?
    For a CB level 100 turmoil zerker with these stats:

    75 attack
    99 strength
    45 defence
    80 constitution
    99 range
    99 mage
    95 prayer


    For the best turmoil zerker pker, would you stay 75 attack or make it higher? And if you wanted to train it some more, what attack level would you get?

    should of stayed 60 but go 80 and max out hp aswell
