I offer cheap boosting in Bronze, Silver and Gold rating on any of the European based servers.

$5 for each Division (ex. Bronze V - IV, Gold III - Gold I).
$20 for a whole tier (ex. Bronze III - Silver III).

I will make sure to use summoners on the same keybindings as you, and a VPN through your country.
