Dial Up Help

I'm trying to speed up my dial up fast enough so I can play runescape with no lag. Propel and Proxyconn seem to be the most acknowledged on the net. I was wondering would these programs speed up my dial up so I can play runescape with no lag? Also are there any other programs that would speed up my dial up? Because at the moment in PvP worlds I usually get 5-10 second lag between talking/ movements.

I know that tut isn't very good, just found one, I'm sure you could find a better one if you seem to have problems. I used TCP on my computer awhile ago and it increased the internet speed quite abit.

 

Do you think it will be enough to run runescape with no lag?
