What do they do?

There's quite alot about private servers, but what do they actually do. I've got this idea from somewhere that you get whatever levels you want? How much do they cost?

 

It's basically runescape with fast leveling and shit like that.
It's pretty impossible to just say what they do because there is a variety of different things on a variety of different rsps's.

 

most servers is about pking and skilling, its faster xp then runescape and easy to get items etc...
