Summary of Events:

• 11/19/2025: I was removed from the server due to alleged performance issues and a "bad attitude"—an allegation I strictly deny, as I have always maintained a respectful and professional conduct with clients. As shown in the attached screenshots, zero theft was mentioned.
  
  
• 11/19/2025: I accepted the removal without causing any drama and requested my pending payout for work already completed. Server management explicitly acknowledged that money was owed and requested my stats to calculate the final balance ("so I know what I owe you").
  
  
• 11/24/2025: When following up on my payment, server management abruptly refused to pay ("I wont be paying anything") and fabricated a theft claim on the spot ("you already stole enough") without presenting any evidence.

Key Arguments & Rule Violations:

• Rejection of Attitude Allegations & Initial Acceptance: I deny any claim of a bad attitude toward clients. I was fully willing to part ways quietly. I am opening this thread exclusively because management froze my earned wages based on an unproven claim.
  
  
• Evidence & Acknowledged Debt: The attached screenshots clearly show management admitting that money was owed for completed work ("so I know what I owe you"). Retroactively withholding completed work payouts based on unproven claims constitutes wage theft.
  
  
• Fabricated Theft Claim: The theft allegation only appeared when I demanded my money. Zero tickets, logs, RSNs, or technical proof have been provided to support this claim.

Desired Outcome:

1. TONS of XP must present clear, technical proof of their theft allegation on Sythe. If no proof is provided, they must clear my name and dismiss the baseless accusation.
   
   
2. Immediate payment of my pending balance ($50+ for completed work).

God, did we strike a nerve.

To preface this: All of this happened almost a year ago, and a lot of the claims we've made back then are obviously us making conclusions out of sparse data and playing detectives. It never draws to any 100% provable conclusions, but somehow all of the issues suddenly stop after (well, for some time at least).

We'll be keeping any of this outside of this report, as that won't change anything even if we start throwing stuff around as allegations. I don't see a need to "Clear his name" as there's nowhere that we're trashing his name to begin with.

Weirdly enough he's building the narrative by providing "separate" blocks of screenshots that are a whole 2 minutes apart from each other, as well as mentioning only caring about getting paid out for the kraken KC (which he did) and then coming back with this a year later.

Jatniel's pending work with TOX that was "cancelled" during his departure:

51-78 defence, 50-71 strength, 51-71 attack - 25$ worth
On this job, he completed 51-75 defence, so that's roughly 1098476 XP out of total 2932867 XP - 37.45% of 25$ which would be 9.37$

81-94 thieving through BJ'ing - 18$ - 4993241 XP
81-86 was completed, so that's - 1404974 XP
28.13% of total ticket value, so 5.06$

Grand total: 14.43$

E: We'll be waiting for Jatniel to reach out to either me or Matt with his current address of USDC SOL, and we can pay this amount out. A lot of time has passed so we rather not just chuck money at random addresses.
