So today I was being MASS pmed by ALL my customers that a Site owner is PMing them randomly. People who don't deal with anyone OTHER than me, while I understand this is a free market. I don't believe the following is acceptable behaviour :

While we all understand it is a free market place, It is not acceptable to message every individual from a vouch thread. It is evident, the user is messaging people from my vouch list as shown in the top pictures.

So.. It is unacceptable to message people in game to 'steal a customer' which I was originally given a 2 month ban for when I did not commit it with almost null evidence. But users harassing a vouch thread is ok to do so?

Let me know if this is allowed, so I can get a bot made tonight to mass pm every single user in every single vouch thread.

I believe this 'ruling' is pretty autistic and should be changed/updated or we can all abuse it

 

As you've said many times it is a free market. What you're reporting this user for is for poaching your customers, which isn't an offence. He's within his rights to try to sell to your customers, and they are free to decline if they don't want to deal with him.

The reason your ban was placed had nothing to do with stealing/poaching customers as you can see from the conclusion in this report: Reporting Pingy.

To clarify you can do what he's doing as long as it's not being mass PM'd. I gave him a heads up/warning about this as well.
