Department94 requesting a pardon for Scamming

It was banned for scamming 225m in 1 trade. Feidhm Scammed 225m over a 450m trade (50/50)

This ban was warranted. I have since contacted and returned 50m to him in-game, but haven't been able to contact him again. In the thread above, I mentioned that he had logged in and gained exp on my account. He did on a different 9hp account, but not that clean account. I wasn't able to clarify any of this after ban. The other 9hp account had the login a1j2h5.

I had been contacting 3-4 people in regards to 9hp accounts. One guy, Kyyngg Sythe 200m RS3, showed me over 20 9hp accounts. Even a 3 hp account he had at the time. He wanted 450m for an account with 37 mage(the aforementioned which got its 9hp levelled). I paid the 450m and was using this account.
He also got banned, and wanted me to sell on his behalf, which I did, as I was told I would get commission, and also I believed he was genuinely trustworthy(as he hadn't recovered the 9hp I was given). He wanted 1000m for a clean 9hp account, I didn't have this so I sourced elsewhere and found geordant geordant.

We talked for a while and he wanted 450m for his account. He seemed trustworthy too. This is where things went south, and fast. OzDev approached me, asking for a 9hp, I showed him some of the 9hps, that Kyngg had for sale. He was willing to do 225m, 2 trades. Before that occured, I went and gave my 450m to Geordant. 1 day later, account was gone. He has since blocked me and I don't have all the chats saved.

He let me log-on after paying 400m, and wanted another 50m after.

After his scam, I was persuaded(and did so willingly) to scam ozDev. I'm not blaming anyone here but myself. I did so willingly. I was indeed persuaded, but nevertheless, I was the one who scammed him.

He gave me 225m, and then I gave him info to some false account. After that, I gave him log-in to the account I had from Kyngg(that I paid 450m for), in hopes I could grab the next 225m. He trained the 9hp account to 11 or so hp after seeing I was in a skype call with Kyngg(he believed Kyngg to be a scammer). It turns out he was right, Kynng was a Scammer, I indeed just scammed him, and later on OzDev was also a scammer of a few people. None of us 3 deserved to be on Sythe.

Following this, I was blocked by Kyngg, blocked by Geordza, and banned by Sythe. The ban, needless to say was warranted. I didn't request a pardon, I simply deleted and un-installed the game.
But prior to doing so, I tried to log on to Geordant's sythe, Kyngg managed to hack the website somehow, to try and get myself unbanned. This worked. I also was given OzDev's information, this also worked. I'm not sure if Kyngg still knows how to hack sythe, but I was the only one to log in with this information. Apart from these 2 incidents, I had swapped os to rs3, and sold accounts, of which I have never recovered still to this day. I had done multiple trades, of which only one went wrong after I was scammed(albeit not an excuse).

I have since sold more accounts, never to be recovered, and names. I still swap gold and I simply want a pardon. I have lots to offer this community as was evidenced by my work up to my ban.

I have fully read and understand the thread about requesting a pardon, and I hope my answer will be acceptable. I thank you all for reading, and hope, you can maybe see someone else's side of the story. I have tried to make amends, and I will continue to do so. I chose to make a new account, on same IP rather than a VPN as I believe that's not the right thing to do.

I would like to say, well done to Astro for his work on this. He knew what really occured(apart from some scams) and managed to ban all 3 of us.

The gold was rs3, not 07.
I can’t show proof the 9hp was levelled as Kyngg recovered the account and I wouldn’t have proof it was OzDev anyway(although that would be obvious as nobody else would do such a thing).
OzDev has been banned for scamming others, I can’t find him anywhere.
And will Geordant have to return that 400m rs3 to me then?
As for irrelevant... well I’ve given my entire story, start to finish and can be judged for it accordingly.

No I have not been able to find him. He was a scammer and has been banned for it, nevertheless 50m was given to him by me, but I did not screenshot it as it wasn't done so I'd be unbanned.
And will Geordant have to return that 400m rs3 to me then?

Sorry Pendulum, that sounds unfair to me. I'm aware this is no longer up for debate.
But having my 9hp ruined, and scammed for another 9hp, then asked to pay back to a scammer, who ruined the account, is simply not fair and not going to happen.

Unless there is evidence of this and your victim can confirm it, you will still be required to repay 225M 07 (Nov 2016 prices). Since your victim is banned, this will go towards the community repayment fund.

You were banned for scamming @OzDev, you then later logged into his account and tried to PM the staff at the time that you paid him back. This report cannot be disputed now.
