    [DENIED] Update the moderator application's.
    I really do feel it could use a bit of an upgrade to application.

    This is the current on

    Here what I suggest as an update:

    I have added two very simple question which will give more information on each potential candidate

    • Why do you want to join the team?
    This question gives the staff more of idea of the person intentions more then anything else that why I think it is valuable question,

    • Do you have anything to add?
    This question is straight from the CDT application and it allows person to cover so much of much information then standard question's it allows them to go in more detail on potential jobs they had in real life for example that may benefit the role, and from my personal experience this question has been game break on alot of my votes in CDT

    • Which section are you applying for and why?
    • Why do you want to join the team?
    I don't see why we need to have both of those? The second one is answered in the first one already Isn't it?

    Maybe add a 1 on 1 interview with a global + instead of the scenario section, I feel like that would be better because you can see how quick they are at replying to different scenarios instead of reading something they might have taken hours to type (nothing wrong with that but when it comes to some stuff like reports speed is pretty important). I feel like a 1 on 1 interview just helps get a better feel for the person as well.

    I think moderator application process should be changed as a whole, right now the meta is just hanging out with mods and they will bias vote for you. They way i see it moderators should be the people community as a whole respects and not someone who just jokes around with current mods, because now we get mods that have sold 2 hello kitty accounts in their whole history of trading and when they start moderating the market it's just cringe
