[DENIED] TWC people who refuse to do business unless you go first.

Hey guys, I'd like to suggest making denying an official middle man service & requesting a user to
go first or not do a trade to be a TWC offense.

Reason: The user is attempting to make you trust them with an all or nothing attitude. This makes me
feel unsafe, and would make anybody else feel unsafe as well. It's poor trade practice in my opinion,
and then a trade doesn't get done. User's of more trust should not be able to force someone into going
first, regardless of weather they do or not, the option shouldn't be there.

Fix: If a user says they will buy something, but in return they refuse to work out any sort of 50/50 trade
or come to any middleman agreement, and don't do what they can to make the trade happen, apply
a TWC to them until they complete more trades (probably through a middleman)

Whenever I do a trade with someone, I offer them first, 50/50, or middleman.
I want to sell, I am motivated to sell, I will try to make the deal work.

When someone is buying, saying you first or nothing, you're not doing what you can in your power
to complete the trade, which to me is bad trade practice.

Of course users have the option to say no, but it's still a manipulative trade tactic.

If i dont wanna go first to an new random or to someone who have less rep than me that doesnt mean its bad trading practices. I just dont wanna get scammed shoud i get twc for that uh no lol ?.

No one is forcing anyone to do anything - you can just not trade with someone you do not trust.

Just don't do business with that person then. It seems a bit silly to give someone twc for refusing a middleman. Which could be a hassle if the amount is very little.

 

This won't be happening, after all it's a free market. I've backed out of trades aswell, and I wouldn't accept having to deal with middleman at this point aswell (keep in mind this would apply to all users). Aside of that, even I have requested users to go first to me because it does feel like/show like a sign of trust. It's too obvious for experienced users who to trust and who not to trust, and even in those moments we all mistakes trusting someone we shouldn't have.
