[DENIED] Runescape account sales sticky into pop-up

There is tons of threads created without pictures of banmeters and some even without stats.
Can this sticky be turned as a pop up, when you are creating a thread to Runescape account sales section? Important Runescape Account Rules and Basic Practices
I think this implementation would help market moderators work and decrease amount of useless bumps.

support as I've seen many RAS reports where account sellers were forced to RF because they didn't clearly post ban meter especially. will help reduce reports and therefore allow the mods to use their time more efficiently.

 

Is there a way to make people have to confirm they read it with a checkbox so they cant just click off it before posting. Obviously a ton of people wont read it but it would reduce the number a bit further if they're forced to interact a little. Prevent them from just ignoring it and posting anyways

Although it might be extreme, same concept IMO, Moderate the Account Rentals/Firecape section , moderate the creation of thread, and have an announcement like what Wortel did for staking rentals.

 

umm.. I think that's bit too harsh. This would be just a pop up but this is entirely other thing because your thread needs to be taken care by staff team. I planned this for just a notification and ease the staffs work.

 

This suggestion has been denied.

We can't annoy our users with a pop-up, (even when the options to disable it) because users are irresponsible and do not read the current stickies / rules.
