[Denied]Sticky regarding blockchain trades and scams

A lot of people are falling victim to blockchain chargebacks. At the moment traders are lulled into a sense of false security because of the idea that crypto-trading is guaranteed to be a success if the other party goes first. This is actually not true and can, especially to novice blockchain users, backfire. This is an example: charged back on blockchain

Suggestion: Just like Sythe actively tries to prevent account recoveries and pp chargebacks by explaining the mechanics of such scams and countermeasures against them, with the introduction of blockchain new scams are at the horizon and they need to be addressed. An effective way of creating awareness is a sticky-thread which explains how blockchain trading works, specifically concerning confirmations in the blockchain. For the time being, I think it's reasonable to place this sticky under the gold trading section, but I wouldn't complain if it would be more widespread.

Support, Cryptos are safer than say Paypal, but still aren't foolproof sadly. You win some and lose others, and people should be more aware of the possible scam situations that can happen, tbh this really shouldn't need to be a suggestion and a global/admin should just implement it. @BlackBlasses
