[denied] Safety net for buyers within the RSPS community.

50% of the payment for RSPS accounts that come with gold already on it should be held for events where the seller transfers gold knowing that it will result in the Buyer receiving a ban because of their disregard for the Buyer, Scammers are getting away with too much within the community due to absolutely no safety net, the trusted sythe discords will suffer because they are buying the gold from these people, it would be a different story if the trusted users had bought the account and had it in stock for a while instead of just middlemaning the sale & getting the account details the same time the trades being made, scammers are now able to go make gold on multiple accounts, transfer it all to 1 account and then sell it knowing that it will receive a ban, if you can provide absolute proof that the seller transferred over wealth resulting in the account you purchased to be banned you should be able to recoup atleast 50%, the safety net would last 3-7 days, if everything is well within the 3-7 days then the trusted discord server would payout the other half, I suggest trusted sythe users who deal within the rsps community start implementing this method, otherwise users will stop buying, because the only person who gets screwed is the buyer, The scammers gets money & also the trusted sythe user does as well because they only act as a middleman, so neither parties are screwed only one, the buyer. Hope this helps & I really do hope that some of you trusted users start implementing this, it should scare some scammers away especially if they know that they'll only be receiving half because they know the account will be banned, lets do better guys, & unfortunately I will not be buying any Gold/accounts until some kind of safety nets put in place, hopefully one day.
