    Personally, I don't support it. I am at the point where if you have an account I really like, I will buy it regardless of vouched or not. If they scam me, then they are banned, or I am re-payed.

    Also, too much trouble with offsite account sales.

    If this suggestion goes through, then you might as well only be able to sell an account if you are the original owner.

    We already require users to inform customers as to who the original owner of an account they are selling is.
