[DENIED] Reallowing prices in gold selling thread titles

I personally think that the current system gives old sellers an unfair competitive edge over new players that might be looking to enter the market.

What if the price was allowed again, but you'd you need use the HIGHEST rate you are asking for any payment method. For example, if you sell for 0.6$/ BTC and you also sell for 0.69$ via PP then you're allowed to advertise it as "Not Higher than 0.69$/M" or "0.69$/M and cheaper, depending on payment method".

If anything then this would be very helpful to potential buyers and I can't see any harm being done by it.

No support this is just going to keep causing issues with people failing to update their rates etc and causing more work for mods.

 

This would have huge value to buyers. Some extra work for mods shouldn't be the deciding factor. There is plenty of false advertisment going on atm. Such as:



Want to bet that I can find someone who sells for less?

 

Report them for false advertisement although i think something was said about allowing stuff like that

 

Support, big bankers got this passed, should be reversed.

 

Grey area, but not a big issue since they state explicitly which method require ID

 

There were too many customer complaints about sellers/buyers having misleading or inaccurate prices in their titles and since banning this we've seen a marked reduction in number of complaints, which is great. We will not be re-allowing this
