[Denied] Increase the punishment for seller have multiple threads in section to a DNT

I support increasing the punishment for those who knowingly take advantage of the markets (ie. Multiple people, within a business, tending to multiple threads in relation to said business)

After speaking with Pikachu via Discord, I have to agree with what Pikachu is saying. Pikachu has brought to my attention that in many of these cases (where the offenders seemed to knowingly disregard the rules) these offenders were all presented with a "One month ban." I also believe it may be beneficial to increase some of these punishments in order to further deter rule breaking. (Either an additional DNT or a DNT in place of the temporary ban) Mainly directed towards this one specific offense. (Tending to multiple threads within a market subsection)

 

I support this, many people do this. Im reporting as many as I detect too.

Support, it's very unfair towards people who are a part of the market in a fair way.

I also agree that a dnt would be more in it's place here, because they have to pardon for it to be removed, whilst a ban gets lifted after a set period of time. The person in question would have to pardon, explain and apologize for his mistakes (if DNT), which definitely gives staff a better indication of whether the person has learned from his mistake.

Gaining unfair market advantage is scummy and should have no place on this website, so IMO these type of rulebreakers should be punished harder (Dnt instead of temp-ban).

 

I don't support this.

I support adding a TWC on top of the ban for a first offense and then a DNT for a second. People make mistakes and don't read the rules. I think a DNT for a first offense is too much.

 

I support this, I got in trouble (unknowingly doing it) not too long ago for it and wasn't really aware of the harm it could pose to other peoples businesses, thanks for this!
