    No, the question was:
    The account seller wouldn't be liable in this case, however, he's not allowed to simply recover the account, that's a straight up scam. The account seller could in theory recover the account, but if he gets exposed, he'll be treated as a scammer.

    I hate this acc selling system.
    It’s always been flawed and it will continue to be so. We need a proper reform, seller not being liable after 1 month is crazy. It is too good to not include in my tos incase if something out of my control were to happen.

    Even though I generally always help recover,unlock, appeal bans , but if I'm too busy or the situation is a headache in the future I would love the rights to decline said issues.

    We as sellers never know the reasons, intent or desires of a client we can only assume its an honest request when they are asking us to assist them.

    For almost everything in the real world there is an extent to warranties and online especially in a black market there should be a timeline that is set upon us to help.
