[Denied] Promote and/or Reward posting on sythe.

Describe the problem: Apart of the sales sections (autobumpers), the forum is becoming a ghosttown.
I think the sections like 'Runescape', 'Other Games Discussion' and 'Off-Topic' are the soul of the forum.

There used to be miniranks automatically given away to users who posted X amount of times in said sections but this has been discontinued many years ago for whatever reason.

My suggestion is to bring back miniranks that are given out at posting X amount of times in X section as a first step in possibly reviving the forum sections mentioned above.

The exact sections can be determined by staff if needed however I'd argue for bringing it back like it used to be.
Perhaps even make those miniranks tradable?

What current rule(s) tackle this problem: -

Explain the change: Promote and/or Reward posting in forum sections that are dead but in my opinion vital to a forum.

Explain why this change will fix the problem: I can't say for sure that it will fix the problem but I do believe it might help and at the very least it's a step in the right direction.

Side-effects: Maybe the occassional low quality shitpost?
