Remove CDT TEAM cus they are useless

I had 1 month to think what to do when i am unbanned on SYTHE NUT DOT ORG well i came up with this im suggesting to remove CDT team considering they are useeless as fuck.

Dead events, dead monthly nominations.

There is currently 15 CDT members sitting on their fun rank [also known as NUT rank they get all e-girls on this forum kinda not fair to us non donators random virgin guys]

I would like to hear word or two from EX PUBLIC RELATIONS[AKA PR] team member @Talon cus i think his words would really mean alot to this fucked up case.

At this point I feel like the CDT events are meant to create more active members in the community, but as it is right now it feels like the same types of events with the same people participating every time. Unless there are some sort of numbers to back up the CDT bringing in activity to the site I don't really see the point.

CDT has more or less become a place to advertise on sythe with the payments being paid out to the community instead of directly to Sythe himself. If that is what CDT is trying to be I think its a good way to both advertise and give back to the community.

With that said I don't know how to feel about the Community Development Team as of late their has been little development in the community. So if CDT stays around just to host some community events with prizes in exchange im not against that. However if the team were to be disbanded I would also not be against that.

Sythe doesn't have a community anymore so whats the point rofl.

Only active members are mods and cdt members. There could be 1 cdt member and ratio would still outweigh in the annual events that end up being chick's paying people to be his friend and play pokemon.

This is untrue, the monthly nominations are pretty diverse overall and the events get more participants than you'd think. And even if an event is "dead" , even if only 4 people participate, if those 4 people have a good time during the event, i'm willing to call it a succesful event.

What's so useless about the CDT exactly? If you could elaborate that'd be nice. And please save yourself the "you only host dead events" and "no one cares about the CDT anyways" comments, i'd rather become iliterate than having to read that nonsense.

Overall i think the CDT is nice. I wanted to join back in like april and about a month+ ago i finally got in. I always liked the CDT because you don't have to take on the heavy duties of a mod, but you do get some experience regarding responsibility, planning and working on the dot. You also meet new people and sometimes get dragged into very fun conversations, simply because someone asked a question regarding an upcoming event for example.

What i'm trying to say here is that the CDT isn't supposed to host events for 50+ people every month and get heavy participation. Sythe members and runescape players in general are growing older with more and more responsibilities. People that maybe still would really like to participate in events, have 2 kids now and simply can't make time for it anymore.

As the CDT we don't host events for the people who don't want to participate, we host them for the people who do want to participate. We try to keep the community together all in our individual ways and in a collective way, better known as the CDT. If we think it's worth putting that investment into the community, simply because it gives us CDT members a content feeling, then the least you can do is to respect that.


Also; i'm not in the CDT for the funrank. Remove it, go ahead.

One note though; please don't delete the funrank, i don't want sh33dy to win this petty war.

 

Maybe some suggestions or feedback to improve CDT would be more helpful.

 

He is just trolling with no feedback. Wow my car has a flat tire but no idea how to fix it I am just going to sit and complain about it. You sir are the problem.

But isnt that whole point of CDT to get as much as possible ppls on at same time and have fun [that means spending more time on advertising each event too and not just copy pasting same template and posting it on forum]. And if members are getting older and have no time to participate in events WHAT IS THE POINT OF CDT THEN ? No ppls no team needed.

Exactly remove it (you dont need cdt rank to play skribble here and there with your friends heh) And brother it is not war well mybe it is for you who knows

Suggested them to disband well mybe ur asking what kind of suggestion is that but lets be real if 10 + ppls in CD team cannot figure out how to make it more alive and they keep accepting new members answer is quite obvious that CD team is not needed.

You said that to me or to yourself and rest of peoples in cdt ? Cus if that is your response you more than clearly have no solution how to get more ppls to join dead events so what exactly is your role in that team to copy paste same template and wait if anyone will join?
