[Denied] Add "Buying/Looking For Accounts" section in RS Markets

@2Easy suggestion gave me this idea

Currently, we have these:




(There are RsPs accounts as well, but not posting because the clients for them are minute)

Users are allowed to post one thread in each of these subforums. Well, what happens if you want to buy an account and sell an account? You have to merge them both in one thread. What if they fit the same subforum but are entirely different? It doesn't matter; you still have to merge them. This gets confusing and disorganized, leading to good chances that no one will visit your thread.

I suggest adding a subforum, like OSRS Misc Accounts, called "Buying OSRS accounts" or something similar.

Reasons:

1. It cleans up each subforum.
2. It allows users to have a single buying/selling thread.
3. There is no confusion in the thread title or thread itself.
4. The buying market is large enough for another subforum to be added.
5. Staff won't have to keep reminding/locking threads because users have multiple threads in the same subforum (as much).

Lastly, do not tell me prominent players in the account buying/selling have no problem selling accounts. That is because they have a thread in EVERY subforum with a beautiful layout that redirects to their discord or website that also beautifully layouts what accounts they are selling and buying.
