delosutar scammed my WoW acc

Ok well im new to sythe so Im still learning how to avoid scammers, obviously i failed in this case. This guy said he was going to buy my WoW account. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since i had no vouches, bad mistake, shoudlve used an mm, anyways... he started with this

then i emailed him, this is the exact email word for word nothing changed at all (except blanked out names and passwords)...

i accepted it,i checked the payment details,it says the payment is Echeck and currently pending,paypal is processing it and

find request money on paypal menu and thats easy to do,just try it.

Loook dude there isnt really anything special on the account, a low level paldin i have owns a level 2 guild. As for gold, like 1k total lol. Im basicially just selling the account because its upgraded to cata. No time left, no bans or anything. Id like maybe $50 for it?

Now im new to paypal too so i should have known that the email address he gave me wasnt even to a registered paypal account. Its been 4 days and the payment status still says pending because he probably just deleted the email and went on. I tried contacting him multiple times but he never responded, he scammed my WoW account hopefully i can get it back but i want his ass banned atleast.
