yahoo, hotmail, Totally ssl protocol blocked here. any way?

i can't access yahoo mail/hotmai/gmail Totally sites wit ssl protocol . they are blocked at here.
do u know any way?
proxifier don't work too

 

Are you in school or a College? If so then they're blocked for a reason. However if this is your computer then perhaps a firewall is blocking them.

 

im at home. if a country mean school yes im in school :d
all internet users at here have problem.

I agree with Laptop65. Most school have filters turned on which allow limited access where connecting to which server [.com/org/net]. If this is happining with your IP Provider, try contacting them, maybe they had some server error or limited connectivity. I had this kind of similar problem with my IP Provider which I cant access some websites for some reason

EDIT:Saw your post now: Try contacting your IP Provider rayo since it isnt you, maybe they have a problem

Unless they're SMTP port and then you're just screwed because you won't be able to send emails anyway.
