    and he instantly deleted me off skype as soon as I paid him,
    I went first as he showed me vouches,

    Watched the video. Can you show proof that the Skype you were talking to belongs to him? I.e, show the convo with the profile of said skype.

    It doesn't bother me really, you don't ban him he will scam someone else, not me again.
