Why do you think people have Deja Vuu?
Deja Vuu is described as: the experience of thinking that a new situation had occurred before.

In my regards, that process is the result of several natural processes as well as some self caused ones.

- Pharmacology: Taking a certain kind of medication or drug has increased the Frequency of Deja Vuu.
- Dreams: Some people believe that Deja Vuu is the memory or experience one has in dreams. Because most dreams are not remembered, we do not know what happens in the dreams. We can only make assumptions because the experience is so familiar it's like you've experienced it before but you just don't know where. The only place left is dreams.
[*]Reincarnation: Some people believe that the experience you had underwent was something you've experienced in another life. Because we don't have any real knowledge of our previous lives (if we even had any), we can only make assumptions.
- Stress: Sometimes when the mind is overloaded with stress, brains tend to wander off. Stress can lead to a sleeping disorder which can, in turn, cause lack of sleep which causes the frequency due to lack of sleep. Stress makes the mind more alert then usual and sometimes it's too alert that you start imagining things.
