Reason for report:

James Paxton / Gates / Thebestosrs is selling quest services but isn't doing the service himself. I already had this gut feeling for some time but 10 minutes ago he asked me a quote on 21 quests that someone else asked him to quote (when you copy paste text in Skype it shows who posted it). Meaning he is trying to sell a quest service but then let's an outsider do the quests.

I don't know if this is allowed, but seeing as this brings a high scam chance I would be suprised if it is (you think you hire one person to do your quests but then he lets someone else do the quests). There is basically 2 times the chance of someone taking your items, adding social media to the account or any other wrong stuff with the persons account. Besides that, as said earlier, for all the service buyer knows James Paxton / Gates / Thebestosrs is doing the service while he could have hired someone with 0 vouches and 0 history to do the quests on your account.

It is hard to proof as all he continiously does is ask for my price on the quests. But this isn't to get him banned, more a warning that this isn't acceptable (unless the mods think otherwise).

 

Seeing that boosters in the League section often hire temporary boosters for certain jobs, I don't see why this shouldn't be allowed.

Chances are, though, that he is getting a price check from you and basing his prices off of yours.
