Banned a few years ago for being a bot

Hello, I cant seem to be able to make an account. The only time I remember using this site is a few years ago for a csgo gambling site as they were giving a free crate if you make an acc here and use their picture + have their website in your name, If i recall correctly I got banned for being a bot and it seems I am still unable to make a new account. I would like to actually use the website now and I hope you guys can remove my ban ( My ip should be the same as it was a few years ago )

Sadly I dont remember the account name as it was years ago but I know it had a csgo gambling site in the name, Could you check my ip or something to see? I would really appreciate it if you guys would unban me because I plan on using the website for its intended purpose. Thank you
