Infraction for accusing scam without proof

Hey

a few days ago Skele_Master put an infraction on my account for accusing TehBape of being a scammer.

I do admit that I did have no proof but I'll explain the situation. I was offering 2 PINs for someone to buy 11m of junk off me in runescape.

TehBape seemed the most trustworthy so I decided to trade with him. The deal was that I put up 5.5m worth of junk up, he put 5.5m gp up then we accept, in the second screen in the trade i clicked accept, then gave himt he PIN thru msn then he clicked accept but no, he logged off of runescape and msn and that's it, he was gone for good and well since he already got off of runescape and nothing he said in msn was worth any use as proof, well there was nothing for me to do but warn people of him. and now I have an infraction. I was simply saving many, many people of falling into the same trap as I did.
