Jackgeddes1 disputing a Ban

Hey guys, for the few people that know me im Jack, im from glasgow and i love these forums, im on it almost everyday and i'd hate to not be able to come back to them.
i started out about 2 years ago, completly forgot my Username so rejoined six months ago as Jackgeddes1, from there on i've sold numerous accounts and have became incredibly active the last 1-2 months here, i've done trades as recently as a week ago selling my gold to h1j2q3, and 2 or 3 of my last rs accounts, i've completed all of these trades successfuly and there has never been any problems, and finally when im starting to build my rep up and get into active selling i get landed with this.

i've been banned for recovering an account, im not sure how much of the syther Terran_Marine's story is true, yeah from his evidence i probably wouldnt even give me a second glance, but i dont think hes giving the full story and is making me look bad. after a day of the account he wanted a 30M refund as the account had been "stolen" i tried getting it back, but i delete my account information for any accounts sold. after looking over his attempt to ban me i got enough details through the MSN chat to recover it, by that time he had totaly fabricated the story, telling mods i scammed him a santa hat, and im pretty sure made fake accounts to try and frame me for scamming as i was approched several times by 1 post count newcomers trying to sell me things through PM'S. he also posted on about 100 different threads saying Jackgeddes1 is a scammer, at first i was helping him through getting the account back (it was denied several times as i no longer live where i created the account) but after all these stupid attempts to ruin any reputation i had, i was angry at him. i dont believe the account was hacked from him and my personal view is he tried to sell the account on and got scammed himself, which i why he wanted 30M back instead of the 40 he payed for the day before.

thanks though for anyone who takes this dispute into consideration, i dont think i merrit a ban, why would i try and scam someone just as im starting to make a name for myself. i really miss these forums already, and would like to work these issues out. if an admin or mod reads this please PM gohan as he said he may be able to sort it out when i disputed. sorry for the troubles, Jack.
