    I was wondering..
    I got a 10 day ban about 10 days ago, and it says "Your ban will be lifted sometime today." Is there a certain time it will be unbanned? An hour ago it said something like "You will be unbanned in 1 more day."

    I was wondering..
    IF it say's you'll be unbanned sometime today, that means you'll be unbanned today.

    Obviously.. but is there a certain time? Or is it exactly 10 days after you were banned?

    I was wondering..
    Maybe check your letter Jagex send to your in-game inbox and calculate 10 days after he send you the ban.
