Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

To be completely honest, I do not have any memory of what happened in 2010. Based on the report, it looks like I charged back $60. I can repay this debt if the user is still active on Sythe, but it looks like he had been banned a while ago.

Folks (including myself) change a lot in 10 years—I cannot fathom scamming or being dishonest to anyone now. I live my life with integrity both IRL and online and all of my online friends fully trust me. I can't go back 10 years and erase my errors, but, based on that report, I do acknowledge that it happened.
