    Around the forum I've seen quite a few avatars that show up as a non-loading picture. I'm spit-balling, but I'm guessing it's due to unsupported file types being submitted but not actually being displayed.

    1. Any chance we can flag these and just have them set to a default avatar?
    2. Can we get a default avatar (that can be selected) again? Preferably Tom Green.

    Why? it's a very minute change and would help the overall sleekness of the forum.

    Edit: Harambe also works
