After seeing this side suggestion four or so times, who else agrees that it would be beneficial to introduce a content team? Basically, they would be in charge of promoting growth in an array of forums in the community. Not to mention, this designated team of members could elaborate on several important factors to the community such as community appreciation, Sythe.org guild initiative, and much more. They would have priority suggestions with this authority to provide the staff with an array of ideas they feel will make the community grow larger. The content team would also have the responsibility of cleaning up the forums by presenting their ideas on what stickies should be combined, removed, so on so forth. I understand the staff handles what I've mentioned above, but it would save the staff time and energy if a few extra brains were to focus on what needs to be done. Amongst the various tasks the content team would be in charge of. The gist of things would include comparing and contrasting ideas amongst each other whilst receiving feedback directly from the staff, and presenting the finished products to the community for final feedback. It can't hurt as we already have a guide verifiers team in place. However, the most active users here can freely add their own two sense without having to sugar coat what they feel is necessary. There are active members that would love to be incorporated in a manner such as this and that goes without question. Again, this is my reasoning and I'm positive it isn't worded as well as it could be. Nonetheless, members have recently suggested this idea so I felt the need to bring this suggestion to the light on behalf of them.

 

Similar thing has been created recently, the Community Development Team.

 

As jack goff stated we already have a community development team in place. Later today we will be making an official statement as to what exactly the community dev team is.
