    @RSGoldVault the UID GIF you have provided is sufficient.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for staff to verify the amount of wealth that was on the account with the evidence provided and nearly impossible to determine who removed the wealth with 100% certainty. For these reasons @3L E T R A will not be held liable for the missing wealth on the account.


    However, the $30 debt is valid and this report will be added to their multiple DNT reason.
