The incident occurred during a highly stressful situation where my server was receiving an abnormal amount of spam and disruptive activity. While handling the situation, I made the mistake of manually deleting channels instead of using the proper ticket command, which unintentionally resulted in the loss of ticket data, including the one in question. I would like to clarify that this action was not done with any malicious intent, nor was there any attempt to hide evidence. It was purely an operational error made under pressure. Additionally, the Carl Bot role assignment issue that contributed to the confusion at the time has since been fully resolved, and safeguards are now in place to prevent unauthorized role assignments. Since the TWC was issued, I have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again by strictly following proper ticket procedures and improving moderation workflows. Given that the warning period has now passed without any further incidents, I respectfully request that the TWC be reviewed and removed.
