Decimate o Impersonator / scammer

Hello, I am buying 20k NRGP and I was approached by an imposer of: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1918898-decimate-s-vouches.html

Upon clicking the real decimates skype icon, you add a skype name called "decimatesythe" and the imposer used a skype name of "decimatesythe."

This is a message that he sent me with the name "Decimate o", and tried to blend the o with the background to attempt to try look like the original decimate. He sent me this screenshot as an attempt to prove this: http://imgur.com/zqolaxl
As you can see, the name seems editted, and ofcourse its a stupid screenshot to take considering the angle, and page open etc etc
