The bank has been mostly emptied but has most untradeables eg. mutagen, elite void, occult altar and full pool, most skilling outfits etc. Lots of the annoying early work has been done - western elite, 99 crafting, runepouch, herb sack etc. 120+ combat (all 95+ except prayer,) and other useful levels (90 herb, ability to craft bloods, 95+ slay)

Simply don't have the time or desire to play anymore plus having lost most of the bank. Looking for offers, more more info available at your request of course.
